Q: What are your thoughts going into the clash with Old Windsor Reserves this weekend?

Chris Lancaster: We need a win. We’re going there to play our game and get the three points. It was a close game in the cup, but we were very poor that day. This time, we’re looking to put things right and show what we’re really about.

Q: How big of a boost is it to have Alfie Hills back available for selection?

Chris Lancaster: It’s a big boost to the team to have Alfie back in the squad for the last four matches. It’s been a long time, and he offers us something different to the other players. His return gives us more depth and another dimension in our attack.

Q: With Ciaran McNamara in great form lately, does that make it tougher to slot Alfie straight back into the starting XI?

Chris Lancaster: Yes, Ciaran has been in great form, but Alfie being back gives us the option to play them together. I think it’s only going to make us stronger in the final third. It’s a great problem to have — more quality, more competition, and more tactical flexibility.

Q: How do you plan to approach the final four games of the season? Are there specific goals in mind?

Chris Lancaster: The approach is simple — we want to win the last four games and finish as high as we can in the league. That’s the goal. We know what we’re capable of, and now it’s about delivering on that.

Q: With the squad getting stronger again, do you feel this team can finish the season on a high?

Chris Lancaster: Yes, I do. We’ve got a few players coming back, which is great. It makes us stronger as a squad and increases competition for places, which is what you want. Things are looking good for the last push.
